1. How long are shipping times?
Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take up to 15 days to reach your doorstep. Please refer to the shipping policy page for more details.
2. What's your return policy?
You may return any unused products in original condition within 7 business days. Please refer to the return policy page for more details.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time-frame specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation.
4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us asap at info@aumbelle.com.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. However, you are responsible for shipping costs, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one as long as items are still in stock. Items must be returned within 7 business days.
